Faye Burke, Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner has been promoted to Officer, effective July 2019.
Faye started with Tompkins in November of 2018. She is responsible for developing job descriptions, sourcing strategies for both short and long-term purposes, coordinating interviews, and placing candidates in positions across a wide range of functional areas of compensation.
Burke is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management of Tompkins County, as well as with their global network. She is also a member of Ithaca Business Women Network and will also serve as Co-Chair for this year's United Way Carnival for a Cause on the Commons.
